At Carefree Connections, we believe that every neurodivergent individual deserves a space where they are celebrated, supported, and empowered to thrive. Founded by Sarah Pistner—a dedicated special education teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience—our mission is to create such a space.

Sarah recognized a growing need for an educational environment that combines the flexibility and personalization of homeschooling with the vital social connections and community experiences essential for a child's growth. From this vision, Carefree Connections was born.

Our neurodiversity-affirming microschool and drop-off program is designed to meet the unique needs of every learner. We provide a nurturing, inclusive space where children receive social-emotional support, build essential life skills, engage in academic enrichment, and participate in meaningful community-based learning experiences. Our approach honors each child's individuality while fostering a sense of belonging and purpose.

In partnership with Orange Branch Therapy, we offer compassionate, personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy grounded in a person-centered philosophy. Services are available in the home, school, and community to ensure consistent, integrated support across all environments.
